Warranty Policy
Should your product's performance be compromised due to a defect in material or workmanship, we would appreciate the opportunity to rectify the issue. Every customer can count on us to stand behind their purchase and ensure customer satisfaction.
Standard Warranty
1.1 Warranty Time
Any damaged product (not caused by human factors) is covered under warranty within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Note: If your weight bench is received more than 1 month but within 1 year, we provide a 1-year warranty only for the frame; pads are not covered by this 1-year warranty after 30 days. Please refer to the product warranty below for details.
1.2 What’s Covered
All products come with a standard one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted. This warranty ensures that you receive high-quality gear you can count on.
1.3 What’s Not Covered
- Cosmetic imperfections (blemishes, scratches, dings, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear from regular use-Damage from improper use, maintenance, handling, storage, or alterations
- Products purchased from third parties (not directly from FED Fitness)
FED Fitness Accessories Warranties
All accessory orders do not include standard warranty services. If you would like warranty coverage, we recommend purchasing our accessory warranty service separately when you place your order. This ensures your product is protected in case of any issues.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Contact Us
Reach out to our customer service through the official email support-eu@fedfitness.com or the "Contact Us" page. Please include your proof of purchase (order number, screenshot of the order page, etc.) and any relevant videos or pictures related to the product issue. We will carefully review the materials you provide to determine if there is a quality issue.
2. Inspection and Confirmation
We will complete the inspection within 2-3 business days of receiving your materials and will notify you of the results and the proposed solution. If there are any delays, we will promptly inform you.
3. Implementing the Solution
After you agree to the proposed solution, we will promptly execute the necessary measures, such as repair, replacement, or refund, and inform you of the estimated completion time.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following. FED Fitness reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim falls under these exclusions:
1. Damage or Defects Caused by the User: Including but not limited to accidental damage, liquid spill into electronics, physical impact (e.g., drops, cracks, damage from dropping weights), improper use (e.g., exceeding weight limits, using equipment for unintended exercises), neglect, or failure to follow the product instructions.
2. Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration resulting from normal, intended use over time (e.g., fading of colors, minor scratches, natural degradation of upholstery, foam grips, and moving mechanical parts).
3. Commercial or Rental Use: Damage resulting from use of the product for commercial purposes (including use in gyms, hotels, or corporate facilities) or in a rental setting.
4. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Damage caused by anyone other than an authorized service provider of FED Fitness attempting to repair, modify, or alter the product.
5. Consumable Parts: Parts designed to be replaced periodically under normal use (e.g., treadmill belts, resistance bands, bike seats, and grips), unless specifically included in the warranty coverage.
6. Acts of Nature: Damage caused by forces beyond our control, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or power surges.
Out-of-Warranty Service
If your warranty claim is not covered under this policy, FED Fitness may, at its discretion, offer you the option to repair the product for a fixed fee. We will provide a cost estimate for your approval before any service is performed.
