Important Notice (Original Packaging Required)
Please return the item in its original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged, a reasonable deduction for diminished value may be applied to your refund.
Order Cancellation and Refused Shipments
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing support-eu@fedfitness.com.
We will issue a full refund within this time frame. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed due to potential shipping status delays. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the cancellation is successful.
Once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled, modified, or intercepted.
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to customer reasons, it will be treated as a customer-initiated return.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, please follow our return process after receiving the item.
Right of Withdrawal: "You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods."

Return Eligibility Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item is new or like-new
- No signs of misuse, impact, or incorrect assembly
- Original packaging and accessories included
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Return requested beyond 30 days.
- Missing original accessories, packaging, manuals, or parts.
- Damage caused by user error, accidents, or improper installation
- Tampered labels, serial numbers, or warranty markings.
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase.
- Products not purchased from eu.fedfitness.com
- Return request not submitted by the original purchaser.
- Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- Other circumstances are stated in this policy.
Promotional Items, Free Gifts Bundles
Suppose a free or discounted item was received due to the purchase of a qualifying product (e.g., free B item or 50% off C item with purchase of A). In that case, the value of the free/discounted item will be deducted from the refund if the qualifying product is returned.
- Free item = deducted at full retail price
- Discounted item = deducted at the discount difference
- Bundle = partial refund only if ALL items are returned
Return Shipping Costs
FED Fitness believes in the quality of our products and hopes you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy.
6.1 Responsibility Determination
If the return is caused by FED Fitness or the product itself, the customer will not be charged any return-related fees, including return shipping or restocking fees.
FED Fitness will take full responsibility in the following situations:
- Wrong item shipped
- Duplicate shipment
- Delivery to an incorrect address caused by us
- Manufacturing defects (photo/video evidence required)
- Transit damage with a carrier-issued damage report
In these cases, FED Fitness will arrange or reimburse return shipping according to the situation.
B. Carrier Responsibility
If damage occurs during transit and a carrier-issued damage report is provided, FED Fitness will cover all return-related costs, and no fees will be charged to the customer.
If the return is due to reasons not caused by FED Fitness or the carrier, the return will be considered customer responsibility, and related fees will apply.
Customer-responsibility reasons include but are not limited to:
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
- Wrong item purchased
- No longer want the product
- An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
- Order cancellation after shipment
- Product damaged due to improper use or assembly error
6.2 Fees Applicable to Customer-Responsibility Returns Only
The following fees apply only to customer-responsibility returns(No restocking fees for returns within the 14-day cooling-off period):
A. Restocking Fee
- Unopened products in original packaging:
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. - Opened products in like-new condition:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
B. Return Shipping Fee
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The final return shipping fee will be confirmed by FED Fitness customer support during the return authorization process, based on product size, weight, and location.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact us at support-eu@fedfitness.com within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide photos/videos if claiming defects or damage.
Step 3: Receive return authorization & shipping instructions.
Step 4: Ship the item with the original package using a trackable service and provide the tracking number.
What's in Returns and Refused Shipments Fees
The Returns and Refused Shipments Fees include(Expired 14-day cooling-off period):
- Restocking fee (Charged by FED Fitness)
Refund Method Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection.
Refund processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on banks/providers).
Replacement Service
Within 30 days of delivery, replacements are available for:
- Confirmed transit damage (with carrier damage proof)
- Significant product mismatch vs. description
- Verified performance defects
- Replacements will be shipped only after issue verification.
Additional Notes
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or accidental impact will not be considered a product defect and is not eligible for a full refund.
- Accessories may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- All labels must remain attached.
